So how much of a difference is legion prestige to bfa honor levels?

In Legion, Prestige 1 to 26 was 45k honor per prestige (not factoring in the shorter prestige 1), so 45,000*26 = 1,170,000 honor to get prestige 26.

In BfA, each Honor level requires 8800 honor and there is 500 Honor levels, so 8,800*500 = 4,400,000 honor to get honor level 500.

Did they change the icon for this recently? I hit this on 2/29/20 and I had the icon shown here. the spear-shaped icon. Maybe a week ago I noticed that I was seeing a fist icon instead.

Edit2: Still have the fist icon but now its gold instead of silver, current honor rank is 258. (Comment posted above was at Honor level 254 and had silver fist - no idea when between 254 and 258 it changed again - just noticed it was gold.) Any one know why all the changes? I don't do any kind of ranked pvp. Will submit a screen shot of the new one, but doesn't appear 1st one was approved.
