Not clear how to get the other faction's counterpart to this after 8.0.1?

My toons are Honor Level 20 and while my horde toon had the [item=142380] in her bags when logging into 8.0.1, my alliance toon did not and this squire is not available to buy from [npc=119484] - the item is red and states that I need the achievement Slayin' to Seven to get it :(

"While not mentioned in the hotfix notes, this has been fixed with the July 23rd hotfix. You can now buy the Dutiful Squire & Dutiful Gruntling from their respective vendors."

You get [item=142380] or [item=142379] pet depending on your faction.

So how much of a difference is legion prestige to bfa honor levels?

In Legion, Prestige 1 to 26 was 45k honor per prestige (not factoring in the shorter prestige 1), so 45,000*26 = 1,170,000 honor to get prestige 26.

In BfA, each Honor level requires 8800 honor and there is 500 Honor levels, so 8,800*500 = 4,400,000 honor to get honor level 500.
