I'm Playing All Sides

EDIT: After having this issue the last couple of weeks, I figured it out today. You have to turn the first key of the week to Wrathion or Sabellian after choosing allegiance to one or the other. Completing this initial quest for a key to Wrathion or Sabellian will enable the repeatable quests for handing in keys to all four recipients; the blue ! will appear over Wrathion, Sabellian, Bazentus and Igys and be available for all subsequent keys.

Tried doing this yesterday:
-Not getting credit for Forgemaster or Igys
-My Sabellian credit goes away everytime I relog

EDIT: After the December 6th reset, I was able to get this achievement. I still didn't get visual credit for Forgemaster/Igys, but when I handed in 1 key to each the achievement popped regardless.

I cannot turn in a key to Bazentus for some reason? I am maxed with Wrathion/Sebellion and its not showing credit from when I gave Igys a key. Anyone know whats up?
