Easy for Level 120 Battle for Azeroth Solo and beyond...

1. Heroic Difficulty.

2. Before fight gather up the little spiders in the trash packs on the way.

3. Do not attack little spiders, in fact it's probably safe not to attack anything due to AoE terribad.

4. Begin encounter, reduce boss health to below 25%, without hurting the little spiders.

5. Wait for inhale.

6. All the little spiders will get sucked on in.

7. Kill Boss.

8. ?

9. Profit. Achievement Completed.

Easy explanation of the achievement:

1. Kill 2nd boss (Nhallish)
2. Move down till you see the first pack of spiders, this is where the achievement begins (Marked with red on Screenshot) After the first pack there will be a small camp of the Corpse Skitterling's while running down to the 2nd pack
4. Make sure you dont kill any of the spiders, there is plenty with those packs marked. you can use a monk tank for Dizzying Haze kite, and another tank to tank the actual elites.
5. Kite them to the boss and make sure you have a Pool on the ground so you dont get sucked into him.
6. Let them get sucked into the boss (Sometimes it bugs and doesn't suck all in, just wait till all are sucked into him.
7. Kill boss!

I just did this solo with no problem in Legion 7.3:

• 
  
• After killing the previous boss, [npc=75829], move forward until you enter the area/path with the spiders.
• 
  
• At this point, turn off all AOE and Splash Damage effects (as you do not want to damage the small [npc=77006]s).
• 
  
• Start moving down the path while only targeting & killing the BIG [npc=76104]s (there should only be about 4 of the big spiders you have to kill on your way down the path to the next boss, [npc=75452]).
• 
  
• Make sure you are pulling all the small [npc=77006]s, but not damaging them. They need to follow you, alive, the whole way to [npc=75452] for this achievement.
• 
  
• At the end of this path, and on the bridge over to [npc=75452], you can simply kill the two [npc=76057]s that pop out of the water (still with no AOE or Splash Damage to affect the [npc=77006]s). That's what I did at least to make my life easier.
• 
  
• Let all the [npc=77006]s catch up and follow you across the bridge, into the Boss Area for [npc=75452].
• 
  
• Whenever all the small spiders are in the area with you, engage [npc=75452] and take him down to ~25% health (or really you don't have to hurt him much at all - just don't kill him yet). Then run around, waiting for his [spell=153804]. Once he is a few seconds away from Inhale (Deadly Boss Mods helps with this), run back towards the path you came from to get as far away from [npc=75452] as possible. If you have any speed buffs or cooldowns at all, use them now and keep running away from Bonemaw. You will simply outrun the [spell=153804], but the [npc=77006]s will not, and they'll all get sucked up by Bonemaw. :D

• After that, look around and make sure [npc=75452] sucked up all the [npc=77006]s. If he did, you can simply kill him and get the achievement!

Very easy to solo at this point. I made this comment, because everyone was commenting based on lower levels, making it seem more difficult than it is for those who are coming back to do this achievement now. (to add more clarification I am a Rogue:Outlaw)
