The cheapest way to earn this achievement is by crafting the origami below, which costs 3x Light Parchment each. Light Parchment is bought from vendors. To craft 1500 origami for all four ranks, you'll need 4500 Light Parchment which will cost a whopping 1.8g, total.
If you do not have any of these recipes, Ultramarine Ink may be the next cheapest option, but prices fluctuate.
