I have 70lvl twink with exp turned off, cleared three BC heroics, and this achievement popped up and shocked me.

Takes three completed dungeons to obtain this achievement since you obviously don't count as one of the random players.
just did a group and they didn't count for the achievement... Used the tool so couldnt be more random...
It has to be random heroic dungeons, like the achievement says. Did you pick a specific dungeon off of the list, but do it with random people?
