If you're clueless like me: when you run in, to your left is a gate. There's a lever beside it that will open the gate. Kill the adds in the middle to start the fight, open the gate, run all the way upstairs and kill Thorim.

This is a speed kill achievement which requires you to go through the tunnel and get to Thorim in under 3 minutes.
Yep. I spent entirely too long combing through the comments about intricate strategies (running in, running back out, keeping one alive, aggroing the colussus, etc etc) when lo and behold all I had to do as a 110 destro lock was kill all the adds in the center (to get Thorim to start his little speech), open the gate, run in and up to where he and Sif are hanging out, follow him when he jumps down, and one-shot with conflagrate. Done and dusted. This is no longer as complicated as the rest of the internet indicates.
