Just to confirm, you can skip all 3 of his conduct phases, even on HC, and get the achievement if your DPS is high enough :

Skada: Damage for Orebender Gor'ashan (8): 00:30 (13 Sec):
1. B**** 1.85M (142.4K, 39.0%)
2. P***** 1.15M (96.0K, 24.3%)

4. B**** 472.8K (39.4K, 10.0%)
5. M********* 441.3K (33.9K, 9.3%)

Ok, I've developed a strategy that makes this achievement very easy, and can be done with any group composition.
First, an overview. This is not a DPS race. He casts Thundering Cacophany constantly while Conduits are active. He activates conduits 3 times, at 75%, 50%, and 25%, regardless of DPS. Once you close all the activated conduits, he is stunned, interrupting Thundering Cacophany, so you don't need a kick or any other kind of interrupt. First time they are activated, 2 are activated, then 4, then 6. Since he can't get 4 casts off, that means you get 3 maximum before you fail the achievement on the 4th cast. You can reset the boss by wiping if he gets a 4th cast off very easily.

With 3 maximum casts, you can budget them basically one of two ways. 0 casts on first activation, 1 cast on 2nd activation, and 2 on 3rd activation (0+1+2 = 3), or 1 cast each time for a total of 3. My group actually managed to do it in only 2 casts relatively easily, with 0, 1, 1.

There are 7 total conduits in the room. The way to split up the work, is to assign 4 players, ideally your tank and 3 dps, to 2 conduits each. The 3 behind the boss are shared between 2 players, the two who share the middle conduit get one of the corners each. These two players stand on the 2 corners of the raised platform behind the boss closest to their assigned corner conduit. The other two assigned players each take 2 of the 4 conduits to the bosses front and side.

With these assignments, each player has to get maximum 2 conduits, both right next to each other. ideally let the healer be the one to stay back since players are likely to have to dive into the electrical pulses to close conduits in time. Even if all conduits were activated, each player should be able to close both their conduits before two casts go off, so it won't matter which conduits get activated.

TIP: DPS very, very, vvvveerrry slowly, so that people have a chance to be ready and jump off at 76-77/51-52/26-27% to get just a tad extra time in there. its not healing intensive. it's also worth noting that if you dps slow enough, he'll phase at 76/51/26%, so be ready in case that happens.

TLDR: Assign 2 conduits to 4 players, covering all 7 conduits, and 1 conduit twice. Have each player stand on the corner of the platform closest to their conduits. Make sure to not let more than 1 cast off each time. if you close them before the first catch, that gives you enough leeway to allow 2 casts on another shift, likely the 3rd.
