The Midnight Hunter achievement in World of Warcraft (from the Midnight expansion) is straightforward once you understand how the Prey system works.

What the Achievement Requires:
Midnight Hunter
➡ “Complete a Prey Hunt in every Midnight zone.”

That means you must finish one full hunt contract in each Midnight zone.
Step-by-Step: How to Do It
1️⃣ Start a Hunt

Go to the Hunt Table in Astalor’s Sanctum (the Prey hub).
Pick a Prey Hunt contract for a specific zone.

You can usually do up to 4 hunts per week.

2️⃣ Go to the Target Zone

Travel to the zone listed in the hunt.
Typical Midnight zones include areas around the Silvermoon region (examples like Eversong/Zul’Aman areas depending on the hunt rotation).

3️⃣ Progress the Hunt

While the hunt is active you must build progress in the zone by doing things like:

Killing enemies
Completing world quests
Triggering ambushes
Disarming traps
Clicking red hunt crystals/orbs
These actions track your prey and push the hunt meter forward.

4️⃣ Final Boss Spawn

When the hunt progress fills:

Your Prey target spawns
Kill the target to complete the hunt
That counts as one completed hunt for that zone.

5️⃣ Repeat for Every Midnight Zone

Do a completed hunt in each zone at least once.
When you have one hunt completion per zone, the Midnight Hunter achievement pops automatically.

✅ Quick tip (fastest way players finish it):
Pick hunts in different zones each week instead of repeating the same zone.

Example:
Week 1 → Hunt in Zone A
Week 2 → Hunt in Zone B
Week 3 → Hunt in Zone C
Week 4 → Hunt in Zone D

Achievement done.
