Take the Captain’s Quarters door. Kill Tichondrius. Go back out to the Nighthold then head southeast to Elisande’s Reach. Kill Krosus. Backtrack a bit to talk to the Image of Khadgar. Teleport back up top. Then head straight to the newly opened room. Teleport to the Nightspire. Kill Elisande after her roleplay. The Nightspire Raidfinder is complete.

the location of Krosus on the map was covered by the world quest info. i was so lost :)
