In order to complete this achievement you need to prepare the debuff [spell=153396] from the previous boss Azzakel. The debuff spreads to nearby players when it deals ticking damage, so you need to bounce it between two players till you reach Teron'gor. The achievement is personal, so simply bounce it to the people that need it just before Teron'gor dies (pay close attention, as he flies away at 10% health and the fight ends).

Is this possible to solo with a pet class?
Make sure the buff is fresh before your take the teleport after the boss, otherwise you might lose the debuff while travelling between the mini-bosses.
