An easy way to do this achievement (at least from my experience on 25 man Flex Raid) was to send down only tanks and healers. DPS just focus on the boss. That way no small add would spawn.
This trivializes the achievement pretty much.
Edit: We accomplished this is Flex raid with 25 people.

Defeat the Amalgam of Corruption without allowing any unleashed corruption to fuse with it in Siege of Orgrimmar on Normal difficulty or higher.

Now, you don't need to do anything except just pop Bloodlust when he becomes attackable and burn the boss down. It's a burn. Don't die to the sweeping laser beam of death and don't tunnel the boss if there's a big add up, it does diminish the boss's health.
In sum, it's a burn. Win, collect achievement.
