Paragon is so good, they killed her a year ago. The real first kill date by Paragon is 1/20/2011, with Method getting the world second on 1/22/2011. First guild on the realm to defeat Sinestra in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic difficulty while in a guild group.

This also does not reward any title, unlike previous realm firsts.
You still get the "Dragonslayer" title for killing her on hc. Killing Arthas on 25m hc realm first didn't reward you with a title either. You would get "the Light of Dawn" anyway for the kill.
