Blizzard has stated that they will not make Realm First! Level 100 achievements because they promote exploitative behavior. Think of bat farming when MoP was released; you could gain enormous amounts of XP compared to questing/doing instances by killing packs of bats in a dungeon.
What do you mean? I don't see any Realm First Level 100 FoSes on Wowhead so I guess they aren't being added?
