if you and your guild plan to race for this achievement, then you should consider that the cata version Realm First! Working as a Team required that the qualifying guild has 1 toon per profession, meaning the same toon can't count for 600 leatherworking and 600 skinning, for example.
That being said, it is very likely that you will need 1 toon per profession to have a chance at the new version
good luck!
EDIT: now that MoP is live, some are reporting that the '1 toon per profession' requirement did not apply to this version of the realm first. some are also saying that the 60 day character transfer/name change buffer no longer applies. i, myself, have not seen anything official from blizz regarding these criteria. my suggestion next go around is to watch patch notes and always prepare for the worst! if possible, i'd continue to meet these criteria in case blizz doesn't publish the specifics. congratulations to those who achieved this realm first!
