For this achievement you have to store 10 Memories collected from different sources in Shadowlands to Runecarver. The portal to Runecarver can be found near the entrance portal in Thorghast. After entering Thorghast, turn left and walk trough the portal.
To store the memory, just click it in your inventory near the NPC and it is stored for later use. You can view your memories by telling Runecarver that you want to craft a new Legendary. Then click the circle on the left of the Runecarving window.
