Saving Ji Firepaw is obvious, kill the Overseer with the axe to his head. Alya will carry Ji to safety.
Rescue a set of caged prisoners, simple enough, just requires keys you get from Mokuar the Treasurer.
Group of unwilling combat participants, these are either the Theramore citizens in chains being dragged by Overseer Thathung or the group of orcs being forced to attack by Overseer Mojka.
Both groups may apply to this achievement, haven't had a chance to find out yet.

Rescue a set of caged prisoners, a group of unwilling combat participants, and Ji Firepaw before defeating the Kor'kron Dark Shaman in Siege of Orgrimmar on Normal difficulty or higher.
