This is the 2021 Winter Veil achievement.
(It is connected to another achievement called Rock n' Roll which awards 10 achievement points as of 2021).

The achievement is granted by looting a [item=90892] which awards [item=187422] , available for players on Christmas Day the 25th of December.

The gift is found under the Christmas Tree in Orgrimmar for Horde and Ironforge for Alliance, and is up until January 1st. So no stress about looting it on the 25th. :)
