Starting on December 25 [object=187236] will give you A Winter Veil Gift which rewards [item=70938] which contains [item=70923] which awards Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater (this achievement) and is necessary for A-Caroling We Will Go (Alliance) or A-Caroling We Will Go (Horde).
