A Time to Build Up and Clean up in Undercity are both fairly straightforward as both are done in UC.
Stink Bombs Away! is also fairly quick as there's an npc near the quest givers who will port you to Stormwind.
A Time to Break Down is where it gets irritating as the flight to Stormwind is long. There are a few options to speed it up, though.
- Take the portal to Blasted Lands in the Magic Quarter, then fly to Stormwind from there.
- Head to the zeppelin tower outside UC and take the zeppelin to Grom'gol, fly to SW from there.
- As Species3259 said in A Time to Break Down comments, after dropping the stink bombs log out while still riding the broom for Stink Bombs Away!. When you relog you will be in the Elwynn graveyard.
Once done you can just hearth, or take the zeppelin back.
