1. Use the bonfire in the front of the Wickerman (its that big that you can't miss it). you will toss a flame on it and it will burn.
2. There will be ashes spawned in front of the wickerman and you gotta use one of them.
Doing this quest (or probablyusing the ashes)gives Grim Visage buff.

This quest, as well as A Time to Break Down are a reference to a verse in the bible found in Ecclesiastes 3. Just to quote the line: "A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;" (Which I only know because it was referenced in the Pern book series.)

Description
We burn the effigy of the Wickerman as a symbol of our struggle against those who would oppose us. We wear the ashes of the burnt Wickerman as a symbol of our neverending fight against those who would enslave us. Use the bonfire nearby and ignite the Wickerman. Then take the ashes that lay nearby and spread them across your face. These gestures will serve as a reminder to our enemies that we shall never yield.
