How can you cook a cooking recipe? :o Must taste bad.

In case you want to do this in shadowlands:

Only current recipes count. NOT cataclysm recipes. You have to cook shadowlands stuff.

The cheapest way to do this is with Pickled Meat Smoothie since Aethereal Meat costs close to nothing (5-20 silver on my realm) and the other 2 items can be bought in Oribos.

Just crafted 3500 to get this achievment for a price of 1000g.
