To complete this achievement you will first need 3 players to collect snow mounds during the first intermission "Howling Winds". The snow mounds will be evenly spread around the area.
Walk through a snow mound and a little snowflake will appear next to your characters. Once all 3 have been found, interrupt Jaina to enter the next phase. The players who have the snowflake should stack near one of the barrels to create the [npc=149244].
Snow Mounds: Image
Frosty Snowmon: ImageUse [spell=288218] on the barrel to make it explode. The explosion will remove the [spell=288219] and make the [npc=149244] melt, completing the criteria for this achievement.

Not able to solo this achievement since you can only have 1 snow flake on you. So for this acchievement you need to be with 3 people
