Since Blizz doesn't want to show some of the criteria for these achievements, here is a working macro that will track your progress. Note that progress is per-character, so you'll probably just want to stick to doing them & running this on one.

Complete each of Falir's spirit observation quests in the Queen's Conservatory.

The completion status of the quests are reset when you change covenant.
Keep manual track of the quests that he gives and do not rely on the achievement criteria.
