This achievement is sadly not solo-able. You need a 2nd player.

For this achievement you need a little bit of RNG placement as well as a 2nd person. Namely you need all 3 buffs active on you in order to obtain the achievement. The person who gets the Storm Power buff will be able to give the necessary buff to a player close to them, who will then need to stand in the vicinity of the other 2 buffs.
All the comments for this (including the comments from the old 10/25 man version) achieve leave out critical parts on how to do this. So here's a proper explanation:
This cannot be done solo. You need a minimum of 2 people to do this. Do not try to cheese this by using pets. The boss will insta-despawn if you do.
There's 3 buffs you need. Their names are irrelevant. All you need to know is 1 is from a druid npc. 1 is from a mage npc. And 1 is from a shaman npc. The npc's are those mobs encased in ice in front of the boss. There's at least 2 of each type of mob. It is these mobs that will give you the buffs you need. The boss is merely an annoyance that serves no purpose for this achieve.
Note: The person getting this achieve will be the one who has boss aggro. So that means whoever does not have aggro will not be getting the achieve unless you can taunt swap or damage the boss enough so as to force him to switch players. The reason for this is because whoever aggros the boss needs to keep the boss away from the npcs as much as possible as otherwise the boss will kill the npc's. Whilst the npc's do respawn, the shaman npc's don't. So if you kill all the shaman npc's and you haven't popped the achieve, then you need to die to reset. Dieing is pretty easy. Just get hit by his long freeze cast and it will kill you regardless of what level you are.
Shaman buff
This is any of the npc's that have a shield and mace. It is the buff from the shaman that forces you to have 2 people to do it since the buff from the shaman is not given to you directly from the npc itself. Rather the shaman will put an electrical spell effect on whoever aggros the shaman. You then have to run over to your partner. When you get close to your fellow player, it will arc a lightning bolt between you both. It is this process that gives the other player the shaman buff.Mage buff
This is any of the npc's that has a staff for a weapon. Just break any of them free of the ice and keep them alive by ensuring the boss is not near them. Eventually they will drop a little bonfire on the ground. It is these bonfires that, when you get next to, will give the buff you need from the mage.Druid buff
This is any of the npc's that look like a boomkin. They work in the same way the mages do. Just free a couple and keep them alive by keeping the boss away from them. If they stay alive long enough, they'll eventually drop moon beams/shafts of light around the boss area. It is these shafts of light you need to walk into to get the buff you need from them.Process
1. Whoever is getting the achieve needs to aggro the boss.
2. The other player then frees a couple druids and mages. Avoid the shaman for now.
3. Once you start seeing the bonfires and moonbeams appear, that is your cue to start free some shaman to get the electrical affect.
4. Once the player that has been freeing the npc's has the electrical affect, they then run to the player who has boss aggro to give the shaman buff to that player.
5. Ideally at this point, the player that doesn't have boss aggro, will taunt or damage the boss such that they gain boss aggro thus freeing up the other player that now has the shaman buff.
6. The player that now has the shaman buff can now run around collecting the other 2 buffs to pop the achieve. If there are still shaman alive to give out the shaman buff, the player that got the achieve can now get the electrical affect to pass it onto the other player who has boss aggro so they can get their achieve. Alternatively if you are fast enough, the player who has boss aggro can just run around with the boss chasing after them since by then it won't matter if the other npc's die since they would have already dropped the bonfires and moonbeams/shafts of light.
Remember: You must keep boss aggro controlled at all times. If the boss starts running around the room due to the npc's pulling aggro off you, you will very quickly fail the achieve due to the boss killing the npc's. Since this achieve can take a while, you will also need to know how to avoid getting encased in ice. It's a 5min cc that will kill you regardless of your level. To avoid it, you have to wait for the boss to start his long freeze cast. At this point a large white circle/mound of snow will appear on the ground. You must get onto that circle. The falling ice will try to knock you out of it, so make sure to run back in before he gets his cast off or you will get trapped by the ice. However if you're actually trying to reset the boss, then do not get into the circle since you will want to be encased in the ice and die.
