Tea Tales

Apparently, you need to complete the questline that's starts with "An Unfortunate Situation" in order to unlock the Tea Tales world quests; one of my toons could see the wq but another one couldn't (both max level, covenant chosen) and the only difference was the another toon had the quest showing up in the area in my map instead of the world quest.

not one of these quests appear on EU for weeks, looking daily for it, just missing tubbins for the ember court item

in order to more easily track your progress on this and see if a required world quest is available, you can run the following:

none = no required quest is available or the achievement is completed on this character
