In the bright light it can be really hard to see the spot for putting the teapot at 35.1 57.8 but it is indeed there and not underground or something. It's at the base of the larger exploded root ball thing--the big circular stump with the glowing center.
It looks like Sybille set up all the items for the previous Tea Tales stories so that the other characters could find them! How nice of her.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #1525 30.9 56.9
TheWoWDB/way #1525 30.9 56.9Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Revendreth, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Revendreth:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward these achievements.
