Fortunately, neither the 10 or 25 man versions of this achievement require you to have successfully traversed Frogger. (This is also the reason The Immortal achievement was confined to bosses)
Construct Quarter is the top-left zone. Most groups start their raid with Patchwerk as a gear check. It's a pretty stationary fight, and tests your groups dps and tanking ability a bit.
