The Protoform Matrix

Note: You need an engineer for this achievement!

Before pull an engineer needs to summon Reaves with either [item=132523] or [item=144341] while standing next to an unsynthesized Protoform Automa. My group replaced the automa in the the back right bay (as seen facing the boss coming into the room). This will instantly replace the unsynthesized automa with an unsynthesized [npc=185423].

During the first [spell=363130], go to any bay but the one with the unsynthesized [npc=185423] and kill it.

Once [spell=363130] is over, [npc=185423] will appear. Go over to it and kill it. [npc=185423] has a lot of health, so it's best to save cooldowns for it

0. Craft a Reaves Battery using 5 Felslate from Legion Engineering, Engineer is required to deploy.

1. Normal Difficulty.

2. Head to Lihuvim boss room, facing the boss, head to the rear right bay (the closest to the entrance on right side) and deploy your Reaves Battery on that platform. You'll notice the previous Synthesize will have been replaced with the Reaving Automa Neo.

3. Begin fight, and head to OTHER right side bay and kill the synthesized unit from that bay. Synthesize begins in your Neo bay.

4. The boss has synthesized your Reaves into a Reaving Automa Neo. Kill it.

5. You are now free to kill the boss.

6. ?

7. Profit. Achievement Completed.

Imagine my shock and embarrassment when I brought out my Blingtron 6000 for a quick present before this boss, have it disappear inexplicably, and then shrug my shoulders and break out my Blingtron 4000 ... only to have my guild get annihilated by the unexpected hard-mode add shortly after pulling. Oops!
