I to have same problem. Dawnbreaker not counting. I completed it 8 hours after weekly reset on myth 13. 22 mins. Didnt count towards achievement. Contacted support. They fast replied saying long reply. This is main part.
“ I took time to investigate this achievement and how it tracks progress, so I can give you the clearest guidance.
After reviewing, I can confirm that this is not a bug. The achievement only counts dungeons completed after the most recent update”
I have replied to them still trying to sort.
Very frustrating cause if they took the time to investigate they would see myth 13 is 8 hours after weekly reset and update. 22 mins. This was completed roughly 9 hours ago from right now.
I don’t want something for free. Something I didn’t earn.Hopefully blizzard investigate properly and fact check what I have told them.

I got this today on my DPS alt, who has only done four of the eight on +10 or higher... but DPS main has done them all on +12 or higher ages ago. What's going on?
I have already done all dungeons on +13, but got this achievement today after completing a +12 Dawnbreaker.
