As of October 12, 2025, the description for this achievement reads:
Complete any Timeworn Keystone Dungeon with a key level of 15 or greater with a Timerunner.Unlike similar Feats of Strength achievements which specify that the completion must be within the time limit, this one does not.
Don't be fooled by this as a simple "completion" is not enough (I went ahead and tested this). You still need to complete the keystone within time in order to gain this achievement!
The same most likely applies to the Level 30 version of the achievement as well.

Found this out around the same time they removed flying from the Midnight recolours, so I assume it's just another case of us not being allowed to have nice things.
