As of October 12, 2025, the description for this achievement reads:
Complete any Timeworn Keystone Dungeon with a key level of 30 or greater with a Timerunner.Unlike similar Feats of Strength achievements which specify that the completion must be within the time limit, this one does not.
Don't be fooled by this as a simple "completion" is not enough (I went ahead and tested this*). You still need to complete the keystone within time in order to gain this achievement!
* I only tested this with the Level 15 version of the achievement, but I would assume that the same applies to this one.
