I was checking the scaling while carrying lately, and a 40 is roughly 5x harder than a 30 (4900% vs 1163%), just for anybody who happens to be curious
The wording is different for the achievement, but complete means to time the key. Completing the dungeon is not the same as completing the keystone, if that makes sense.
