'Tis But A Scratch

As you walk in through the main entrance [npc=250889] is sitting slightly behind a pot on a table to your left.

/way 56.01, 64.49

Pet it until you get the de-buff [spell=1260589] then go complete your hunt within 30 minutes, if you die during the hunt you will need to complete this step again.

THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS OBTAINABLE! - Confirmed 26/03/2026

After killing the boss, DO NOT complete the quest. Take the portal back to SW then complete the quest to earn the achievement.

Are you wondering how to get the achievement: 'Tis But a scratch? You've come to the right place!
First of all - make sure you have unlocked Nightmare Mode + difficulty from your prey table. (Complete Normal/Hard difficulty until you unlock them).
Once you can go on a Nightmare difficulty Prey hunt, sitting on a table in the Northern side of Astalor's Sanctum (Near the prey table) there sits a cat named Lord Viscera /way 56.06, 64.51
Walk up to the cat and right click - it will pet the cat and it will scratch you, starting your 30 minute timer to complete the nightmare Prey hunt.
The achievement will be awarded when you complete the Prey Quest.
