This is not a personal achievement
The whole raid need the debuff and have to dodge the final hit from [spell=350217] so the "drain" dmg before the hit will not fail the achievement

Tormentor's Tango
Defeat Soulrender Dormazain after /taunting Garrosh Hellscream before combat begins and avoiding all Torment impacts in the Sanctum of Domination on Normal difficulty or higher.

Before the fight target [npc=175728] and type /taunt.
You will get [spell=356731] debuff which causes a 20% slow.
All you need to do now is avoid taking any damage from [spell=350217] by standing in the safe zones during [spell=350217] and [spell=352933].
You can see which zone is safe by looking opposite the boss and moving the the area where torment isn't forming (someone should call this out).
The major challenge is during [spell=352933] because you will need to move 5 times total.
Any individual or group movement buffs such as [spell=77761] will greatly help during this time.

then just nuke the boss as fast as possible
