I submitted a bug report and it seems like it is going to be fixed soon, but for now

Use anywhere in Zuldazar but NOT in Dazar'alor
Dazar'alor has it's own coordinates system and it is a prefered option for tom tom when you are inside the city.
Easy to check. open your map and if you see Dazar'alor map, then coordinates below will show incorrect location. And if you see Zuldazar map, then it's fine

  To get to the [object=276735], walk in Dazar'alor to [npc=131007] and go up the stairs and then turn left to walk a few meters to the right into the building. You are now in the "Hall of the High Priests" and go up the stairs on the left side. Crosses the "Council Chambers" on the second floor and then goes to the right when you come out of the building. Then continue straight ahead until you reach the [object=276735].

  To get to [object=284454] you have to start an event. Go south of Dazar'alor east to the Grand Bazaar. You get to [npc=133208], which holds [npc=133212]. Stay in front of her for about 10 seconds and listen to the dialogue. She will then attack you with the help of [npc=133206] and [npc=133207]. Kill them and the treasure chest will appear.

  To get to the [object=288596], start at [npc=133242] north in Dazar'alor where the river crosses. Walk at river level west until you see near the bridge [npc=131801] and [npc=122705]. Jump into the water and swim over to the waterfall. Behind the waterfall is the "Hall of Golems". Grab the [object=288596] from the Middle Golem.

  To get to the [object=281655] start at [npc=130787] in the Garden of the Loa. Go past the big altar on the right, but watch out that you do not accidentally fall down by mistaking the treetop for the meadow. :-) It's best to circle the area until you get to the "Shrine of Pa'ku", a small picnic spot. Click there on the [object=284456] and the treasure chest appears.

  To get to [object=281898], it's best to start at [npc=130790] which you'll find when you go west up the Golden Road to Atal'Dazar. In front of the dungeon entrance go to the right and follow the path up until you get to [npc=134738]. Go past him on the right and continue along the path, through the rock and past a waterfall. You find the treasure chest in a not so tight place.

  To get to [object=284455], start at Nesingwary's Trek at [npc=123006] and then go east to the Preserve. Always keep left and you will find a cave, "The Exile's Lament". Go inside and find the treasure chest in the middle of the cave in front of a rock as you turn towards the exit.
