Found Vathikur, located roughly halfway between the Vulpera Hideaway and the Temple of Akunda. Map: https://imgur.com/a/F2bn9nr. To get there you have to follow the trail that starts at https://imgur.com/a/I9pnqED. Drops: Rattling Earth Armwraps.
Found Azer'tor, located in Redrock Mines. Map: https://imgur.com/a/Gmh62Y6. To get to him you need to enter the mines at Ashvane Encampment. Drops AP for lather users.

I divided these into 5 macros for TomTom you can just copy and paste. Maybe someone who is more coding-savvy could make them into one. :) I tried to leave all the special instructions in, so this is more macros than I normally make.
Just make sure you have the TomTom Crazy Arrow set to automatically indicate the closest waypoint and you should be good.
