A few notes for people going for this:

- Some caches are on top of the walls in Perdition Hold (use grapple hook or Overcharged Centurion)
- Some caches are on top of the towers in Perdition Hold (use Overcharged Centurion)
- You can loot them daily - even during the same assault (confirmed this myself)
- Some caches do not award credit randomly

Good luck!

There are a few caches that are accessible just via grappling, but the achievement is much easier to complete when using the Overcharged Centurion that Mikanikos builds after you turn in Putting A Plan Together (you may need to have completed the quest at least once to see the caches in general). You can grapple or use the centurion's Purestep Ascension ability (3) to scale walls and get to the Mawsworn Caches. There don't seem to be enough caches to complete the achievement in a single day, but they reset with dailies. There is currently an issue where sometimes you may not get credit opening a cache while on a Centurion - I'm not sure if it's specific to certain chests or if it's just random. However, because the chests reset with dailies, it still shouldn't be an issue to get the achievement over the course of a single assault.

Keep in mind only 4 quests are active during each assault. If you need the centurion, Putting A Plan Together only appears as a follow-up after you turn in Waiting in the Wings, but there are 2 other potential quests that could appear in its place (Centurions March! and Pulling His Chain).

Coordinates are below, linked to their specific objectIDs, in case additional coords are added in a future build - this prevents Wowhead's auto-copy feature from working, so if you're using an addon like CopyPasta and want anything other than the coordinates copied, you'll need to manually highlight the text.

The two at the bottom are alternate spawnpoints for the same cache - I found it at Spawnpoint A on the first day of the assault on live, and Spawnpoint B on the second day. There may be additional spawnpoints for other caches as well, perhaps including the one I struck out below.

/way #1543 35.1, 69.7 [object=369141] - drops [item=186600]) The first object below was moved here late in PTR, but it wasn't here for me on live/retail today. I'll keep this here for now in case it's an alternate waypoint and not a permanent move.
