Upper Back Pain (25 player)

It took me a bit to figure out that all of the remaining snobolds drop off the first boss when he dies. You don't need to slow kill him waiting for them to appear.

Circa Warlords of Draenor, this achievement is a real joke, and can be soloed! There are 3 phases to this fight, with 3 sets of opponents.

Phase 1 - [npc=34796].
Phase 2 - [npc=35144] and [npc=34799]
Phase 3 - [npc=34797]

The first phase has the Snobolds that are required for the achievement. There are 4, and they sit on Gormok's back. Normally, one of these Snobolds would jump on your back partway through Gormok's phase, and would remain there, slowing you and periodically stunning you.

With current levels of DPS, you kill Gormok in no time. As such, all 4 Snobolds drop to the floor and stand there. NOTE that you DO NOT need one on your back to get this achievement!

It's an easy matter to DPS the other bosses and get the easy achievement, assuming you use no AoE and do not damage the Snobolds in any way. On that note, double check any trinkets and talents you may have that would do splash damage to ensure you do not inadvertently kill them.

All you need to do is keep 4 Snowbolds up throughout the whole encounter(the little creatures that jump on your back and pummel you, they are summoned during Gormok) and then kill Icehowl with the 4 Snowbolds still alive. If you can manage to get a few of the snowbolds on the melee, it works a lot easier. You can just postphone killing Gormok until the Snowbolds target the character you wish to have carry one throughout the whole encounter. And, when you get to the Jormungars, it helps if you can Bloodlust on Acidmaw, as the poison can be a pain to cleanse if you are being slowed by a Snowbold.
