Of the 8 messages you have to collect, 5 are accessible with no questing required. The last 3, specifically Journal Entry: Silence, Journal Entry: The Creches and Sending Stone: The Prisoner are all found in the Zskera Vaults. I've included the coordinates that I found them at on the PTR, but given the nature of Zskera Vaults is that it changes slightly week to week, the coordinates may be different. They were in that room for me in Zskera Vault: Az, and I found them in a different room the following week so just keep opening doors until you find it. This may take up to 30 Zskera Vault Keys but you can come and go from the Vaults each week until you find it, as your progress is saved when you leave the Zskera Vaults.
