Defeat Mchimba the Embalmer without him finishing a cast of Open Coffin and with entombed players using Struggle no more than once per cast of Entomb on Mythic Difficulty.

As of Shadowlands 9.1.5, I burned down the boss as a 235 Ret Paladin w/ Heart of Azeroth equipped and got the achievement. He never casted Entomb. Hope this helps.
For this achievement you will have to free the player targeted by [spell=267702] without him using [spell=267764] more than once, and also free him before the boss finishes casting [spell=271290].
Note: Players have reported a minor bug with this achievement, and it's recommended that the entombed player does not use Struggle before the boss casts Open Coffin.
