This is how i soloed this achievement:

Remember that the counter doesn't start untill the first troll is dead.

1. Gather the 7 trolls at 36,72 - nuke them down once they are stacked
2. Go straight south where there are 6 trolls by the riverbank.

Tips: Remember to use DPS cooldowns and survibility. Use speed abilities (even potions) to move from the first place to the next.

Goodluck! It's too bad these achievement are randomly spawned... the achievement itself is to just get this one to spawn :(

Every other mob on Zandalar and Kul Tiras:
Will spot you from 30 yards away and follow you to the ends of the earth until they daze you off your mount, then make sure they teach this skill to further generations so it can be used on your children and your children's children too.

The Trolls in this quest:
Don't aggro at all unless attacked and then rubber band after about 20 yards so you fail your achievement.

Why does Blizzard have to make stuff like this so frustrating? It's really unnecessary.

Once again, another achievement based off a world quest that's only up once every few weeks, doesn't even work properly (my timer showed I still had over 45 seconds), and is designed to be an actual pain in the ass. I'd suggest not even bothering with Nazmir world quest achievements until they nerf this like they did defense of Wyrmrest temple in WLK.
