You cannot see the Shadowlands PVP World Quests without switching WM on and visiting the respective zone (i.e. flying to all 4 zones). But the wowhead WQ page shows them when they're active (PVP denoted by cross swords). They appear to be on 6 hour timers, so you can potentially farm 3-4 per day for Zo'Sorg's Bidding or pushing on for Impressing Zo'Sorg.
