If you don't care for PVP, you only need to return 5x Animacones to complete the quest.
You cannot see the Shadowlands PVP World Quests without switching WM on and visiting the respective zone (i.e. flying to Ardenweald Seed Hunting). But the wowhead WQ page shows them when they're active (PVP denoted by cross swords). They appear to be on 6 hour timers, so if you're farming Impressing Zo'Sorg, you can potentially farm 3-4 per day.

https://www.wowhead.com/world-quests/sl/naEdit: it appears that this method has become a little erratic but it still works most of the time and I especially recommend it if you normally play with WM off and want to avoid wasting time switching WM on and checking in-game map. Even the checking in-game map method is erratic (not showing WQ until actually in it), so if you're a WM on player then best use both methods if you're in a hurry to complete!
