To be able to kill Grand Arcanist Dimitri you need to kill all 4 [npc=167467]s who keep him captive.

I have never seen this rare, so I thought it's time to kill him.
First attempt:
I visited his spawn point on 28th February 2021 at 5:15 PM, but he and the 4 ritualists were not there, so I decided to wait.
At 10:35 PM I gave up and logged out.
So, I waited 5 hours 20 minutes without result.Second attempt:
I logged in on 1st March 2021 at 6:40 AM. Of course he was not there.
I left the place at 7:10 PM.
12,5 hours waiting for nothing.I'm not sure..... Is the respawn time so bad as it seems?
Or maybe I should do something to increase the spawn chance?
I do not really find any substantive information about the spawn time of this rare on the internet.
Grand Arcanist Dimitri is South-West of Sanctuary of the Mad flight point.
You can find it inside the building surrounded by Shrouded Ritualists.
To summon it you have to kill 4 [npc=167467].Rare is a part of Adventurer of Revendreth achievement.
