TheWoWDBFollowed instructions, selected Power, but npc gave me white version of sin item, which didnt summon rare, but instead summoned a guardian that followed me.
Is blue item a "chance"? Or was the requirement changed from power to something else?
EDIT: The next person who turned in quest after me got rare summon item, even though they chose same potion at the end. Looks like its RNG.

You can summon Amalgamation of Sin during the Summon Your Sins world quest.
It's located north-west of Halls of Atonement flight point.
Collect [item=180283] from [npc=170293], [npc=160716] or pick up from the ground.
After you collect 20 [item=180283] choose the Catalyst of Power from the table.
Then speak with Alchemist Leticia and use the [item=180376]./way 65.86 29.08 Amalgamation of Sin

A lot of people are saying you need to choose the Catalyst of Power, but that’s not the case. I chose the Catalyst of Might and got the item to summon this mob. I’m not sure about the third catalyst, but I assume if two of them can do it, so can the third one.
