General info:
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1-2 min max)
On first kill drops [currency=1220] and sometimes [item=138839]
[item=138839] can be buffed with [item=139390]He drops a [item=133816], but right now i think it is bugged or has extreamly low rate. No drop after 20 kills. I think it can be because i killed him first time without cooking and this bugged the recipe, but maybe i'am just unlucky.

The recipe drop issue has bee fixed including for players previously having an issue and should be in game with the latest maintenance.
From the Hotfixes - September 15 2016:
Players who have previously killed Myonix should be able to acquire the Leybarbeque Ribs recipe on subsequent kills.
So i have killed the tiger 18 times now and still no cooking recipe...

The game data tunes Myonix for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,499, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 43358 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(43358)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
