TheWoWDBElite enemy, carries an anchor and has harpoons stuck in it's shell. Loses anchor and harpoons when taming, though. Kept it's name when tamed. Respawned pretty quickly, less than 10 minutes.
Update: As of Patch 11.1, still loses it's anchor when tamed. However, [npc=200907] now is tameable and DOES keep his anchor! Plus, you can use the [item=140314] toy to give Karkinus a knife!
