It's a hermit crab with things stuck in its shell. Sadly the crab loses them when tamed.
Its name is a play on the words, "Pin Cushion".

Pinku'shon is the kill target of the Rare World Quest Pinku'shon, added in Battle for Azeroth. The game draws the world quest marker in Stormsong Valley at 38.1, 51.7. The closest other world-quest target on the Stormsong Valley map is Seabreaker Skoloth (Rare), about 580 yards to the north-west.
