I personally believe this NPC (while Game of Thrones is great) is more about Circe, a goddess of magic from Homer's Odyssey. As this NPC is surrounded by five animals, it makes sense, since Circe was known to have mesmerized creatures of the forest with her magic.

This actually is a Game of Thrones reference, Seersei is located near another World Quest rare added in 7.1 called [quest=45501], a clear reference to the GoT character 'Melisandre'.

- if you start from "Lorlathil", take the way to the west to go out (not the bridge) to the "Field of Dreamers". After a few meters you go over a bridge, turn to the right and you will see a passage in the rock, "Sabermaw Bluff". Goes through to "Wretched Hollow" and follow the way to the end, there you will find Seersei surrounded by fossilized animals. Defeat the harpy to rid the forest dwellers.
